Olympique Lyonnais Adidas Techfit training shirt

Another item left lying around the bargain bin at cfs.  It's a techfit training shirt and if you are a fan of white, red and blue combos, well worth a look.

Shirt is typically techfit and well balanced standard adidas design.

Transferred logo and crest.

Sleeves are long and narrow with the usual 3 stripes patched rather than sown.

Decent shirt.  Picked up at bargain price.  One to try for those who want to try a techfit sample.

Denmark Adidas Techfit shirt

This was a seriously sick shirt... Can't believe it's still lying around in cfs and not sold out.  It has a classic feel about it somewhat adidas's take on Hummel's 92 legend.  Although I think not many people thought that positive about this design.

Anyway to start off it has nice detail patterns. See the vertical stripes in different shades, very nice touch.

The collar is a bit big and for some it's a bit cheesy.  But it gives us character.  Shirt was back in 12 so I think it was a 20th anniversary celebrating Denmark's success in 92.

Crest nicely placed.

Long narrow sleeves typical of techfit shirts.

This is a timeless classic.  Probably not made it to any hall of fame because I don't think the team did much while wearing it.  These techfit shirts also came with a faux leather bag / case.  There was a minor problem with the shirt that I found or may be it was just this one I got.  The lower seam of the collar, the stitching and material felt a bit rough making it sometimes scratchy to the upper sternum / collar bone.

Gabon Puma shirt

Another more rarer afcon shirt famous for making a leopard looking like a roaring alien....

Fantastic crest as usual.

Either like or dislike the yellow colours.  Shirt has great materials but feel a little larger than the other shirts on the same template.

Egypt Puma shirt

The is a hidden gem in the Puma afcon series.  Controversially, this shirt was never worn by Egyptian team because of the political turmoil back in 11-12.  Shame cos its got to be one of the best Egyptian shirt ever and shame Puma won't be continuing the legacy.

The hieroglyphics design is stunning.

As usual great sleeve length.

The shirts material seem to vary ever slightly with the afcon series.  This one has no elastane feel to it.  It's also more smoother than say the Burkina Faso shirt but it's not as soft.  It fits well and not the tight ACTV version that the players have.  Wouldn't mind get hold of one of those.  Egyptian crest looks great on the shirt.  The burgundy colour just makes it the Pharaoh's favourite.

Not that I did not like the shirt above back in the 10 template used by so many afcon teams Puma had signed, but it was a bit more boring than this.  The template had less variations except for the watermark in the mess top right panel.  

Chile Puma away shirt

Now this is a classic.  I love these 3 colour combinations.  Rather like England 82 Admiral shirt.  But this has to go down as my favourite Chile shirt.  I think their away is just so much cooler.

Layered rather than embroidered.  The diagonal across just simple and crazily cool.

Shirt is great size.  It's more slim fit. Light material and one for the sun.  A classic.

Ukraine Adidas Techfit shirt

These Techfit shirts were quite special in a way back in 10-12.  They are tight to wear but not exactly skin tight.  This Ukraine shirt was a well made sample.  You can see the shirt is also curvy.  This is a medium size and it's pit to pit measurement is 18inch.  Curving down to around 16inch at the waist.

Shirt is well made.  Very nice collar.  Logo is transferred patch rather than embroidered.  Seems some of the detail design.

Nice patterns and crest.  I like the Cyrillic lettering.

Nice patterns.  Shirt is generally a very sound design.

Sleeve length is long like adidas's usual shape but it's tighter around the biceps.  The shoulder area is actually still quite wide so it's not as skin tight as one may think.

Three stripes are patched onto shirt rather than sewn.

The iconic powerweb at the back.  Nowadays these shirts been phased out by adizero editions of the shirts.  Probably because these were seen as a bit tight and heavy to wear for the players.  It's does feel a tad sticky to wear.  They are not easy to pull on and off.  They are a combination of polyester and elastane.

The waist band at the bottom of the shirt.

Interesting relic.  They are somewhat better for the winter than summer.  They do look quite good when worn by slim or muscly people.  Definitely won't look good wearing it loosely.  It just does not look right looking baggy.  Stick to formation shirts for that.

Burkina Faso Puma shirt

I really like this shirt.  The design is very characteristic.

Good sleeve length

Crest is almost transferred onto shirt rather than embroidered.  Although this is not a player's edition which I have been wanting to get hold off.  They are even more tight fit.  This one is more loose fit even if it's a small size.  

Nice collar and well balanced crest logo position.  Keep it simple.

The stallion's design on the shirt is really cool.

These were really great shirts done by Puma back in 12-13.  The material is top notch and fantastic to wear.  Quite a few more of these African nations shirt that I would like to get hold off.  Always like the colour combinations.
