Ecuador Marathon shirt WC 14

Time for another Ecuador Marathon Sports classic.  This was a shirt used in the 14 WC.  It's a very bright shirt.  The sun shine so bright that let it be the force.

The shirt has a johnny collar design.  Especially nice use of Ecuador colours.  Fabulous.

The crest is well planted to the shirt.  The Soleil detail radiating around it is great.

Great length sleeves for that athletic look.

The trim around the sides look great.

The material is fantastic.  Very light and good to wear in hot weather.  HidroTec.

Shirt from the back looks simple and crisp.  Really is a fantastic shirt.  Looks great to wear.  The only minor gripe I have is that I would have preferred it not to use the Johnny collar shaped.  It somewhat gets into a bit of no man's land between a v neck and a crew neck.  But that's just me.

JQuery replace text with HTML formating

Another day another request.  A scenario appeared where someone wanted to simply look for some pre-generated text and then make the text scroll like a marquee.

Well, JQuery again came to the rescue.

There is a .html method that inserts HRML into the area that you are looking for.  This is like the .text method which only touches and replaces the text.

Uruguay Puma shirt

Another rather smart gem from Puma.  There seemed to be ample sippy of these shirts in the market as I think they over produced because of the Suarez factor.  It is a very decent shirt.

The design is quite clean and certainly gives it a Uruguay feel.

Crest is well placed just a minor issue with its slightly warped placement.

Collar is actually real cool with a good shape sleeve and cuff.

The material is very good and nice light feel to it.  The shirt also fits quite well.  It is slightly curvy a bit like the Italy 14 shirt but it's a bit bigger in size.  Nice colour to go out in.

Sweden Adidas tracktop

A bright looking track top.  

Has a retro feel to it somewhat.  The collar gives it character.

The Swedish at the back just badass....

Some OOTB web parts missing in SharePoint 2010 site

Some strange behaviour with SharePoint 2010 again.  But seems to happen only to sites that were previously migrated from SharePoint 2007.

Some OOTB webparts missing on upgraded site eg Tag Clouds. On a brand new site they are there.

Sone some investigation.

Seems to come back if we run an stsadm command eg

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\BIN>stsa
dm -o activateFeature -name "PortalLayouts" -url "http://oursite.com" -force

Why, does it have to be done?  No one seems to be able to answer yet...
