Italy Puma away shirt Euro 16

There was a lot of talk on this shirt.  Seemed to have two camps where one likes it the other really thought it was horrible.  After seeing it around, I decided to take a deeper look at it 

Big collar and sash down the middle.  These were the main cause of dislike.  Most people like myself thought had the sash been either down one side, or as a side trim.  It would have been a classic. Having the badge in the middle also somewhat unbalanced it.

No problems with the crest's transfer onto the material.  Puma have that well sussed.

The sleeve is well length and good shape.  I actually like the blue striped shoulders.  Somewhat same as the Slovakia shirt's appeal.

Nice dash at the bottom of the sides.  

Nothing unusual with the back.  Overall good material and shirt has a nice fit about it.  I found this is the case with Italy shirts.  They seemed to be sized slightly smaller to give it a nice snug feel.  This included.  Shirt looks smart when worn.  This is not a bad shirt just one of these nearly could have been classics.  Had the badge and sash been placed differently, it would have been right up my street.  As it stands it is a decent shirt and I am sure it will appeal to many.

Crystal Palace Macron Away shirt 15-16

Being a great fan of the white, red and blue trim combo.  It was great to try out a palace away shirt since these are their iconic away colours.  Well I am not disappointed, this is one of the best shirts I have put on recently.

Collar's two colour combination is great.  The sash down the bottom middle is a good change from a diagonal sash.

Sleeves are of great length.  This players edition is also slimmer fit with a minor curve in shape.

The eagles embroidery is OK but it's an area Macron can improve upon.

The semi cuff at the sleeve is a nice touch too.

Nice red and blue on the other side dash at the bottom.

Overall this is one fantastic shirt and looks great when worn.  Has a nice snug bit not tight shape about it.  Looks fit when you wear.  The only downside is the embroidery, it can be made smoother.  I know Macron can do it like they did on the Napoli shirts.  Other downside is the sponsors and the size of it slapped down the middle.  But can't avoid it.  The material is nice elastane stretchy type that Macron seemed to do well, at least I quite like it.  Although not everyone's cup of tea.

Slovakia Puma Home shirt Euro 16

Out of all of the European 16 shirts I have seem so far, this has been one of my favourite design and having not owned a Slovakia shirt of any sort, I was very keen to try one.  I really liked the design and it's simple use of blue and white which I really fancy as a combination with a a bit of red mixes in.

The collar and shoulder blue stripe is classic.  The break in the middle of the round collar been Luna's recent evolved round neck.  I also especially like the hoop effect with the different shades of white used.

I really like the badge Slovakia has.  It's funky like an atomic institution....always nice to see another language on the crest.

As is the national emblem.  Both badges are very well almost transferred onto the material.  Nice work by Puma making it great to wear.

Overall, it's a nice shirt.  Simple and effective.  The material is fine, like what you expect from Puma.  The only gripe that I have is the shirt's cut could have been better.  Had they made this more closer to the tighter ACTV version that the players sometimes wear like the Italy WC 14 shirt, this would have been perfect.  It's a bit loose around the arm.  It could have had those blue seams made into cuffs to give it a better fit.  The material is good but not as light and smooth as some other Puma shirt.  Somewhat a bit stickier to wear.

Iceland Errea Home shirt Euro 16

Now this is at least at improvement by Errea from their previous effort.  This is the Iceland Euro 2016 shirt and not a bad effort although must say it could have been even cooler.

A very escape to victory characteristic collar.  While it does look quite nice.  For some reason Errea have made it really tight meaning while it fits well, one must be very careful when putting it on and off not to tear off the stitching.  The Errea logo on the "a" at the end is not an embroidery fault.  It's part of the logo with a dash at the top.  It's the same with all of these shirts.

Icelandic colours and crest pretty neat.  No problems with the placement and is comfortable to wear.  But it could improve on the stitching inside.

Sleeves are quite well shaped too.  Quite narrow and good length since this was a XS in size.

Overall, a decent shirt.  Material is nicer than the previous Iceland shirt too.  A good improvement, hope they can improve even more.  I bought this recently on a trip to Iceland itself which I thoroughly enjoyed.  A minor problem is the waist seems to loose its elasticity easily so it flares out after a few washes.  Perhaps a quality improvement.

Where to buy Iceland shirt:  Those of you keen to know where they had this in Reykjavik city centre.  One of the Puffin souvenir shops in downtown actually had them in stock.  There is one near the Landisbanki building at the corner of Naustin.  But they charged more for the shirts around 14995 ISK.  But it means you don't have to travel a bit out of town.  A cheaper place where this could be bought for 10990 ISK is a sports shop called Joi Uthergi in Armula 36 http://www.joiutherji.is  It is a short bus ride from Hlemmur station.  Else there is always the internet UKsoccershop

Shirts that I love to get

Right now in my wish list would be the following.  I fancy these ideas I get round to have the funds to get hold of them.

• Any Adizero shirt.  cFs seemed to have few.  But with Adidas now making XS sizes more available, the urge to try adizero with that slimmer fit has fallen less...
• Trinidad and Tobago Joma shirt.  I like this men.  I know cFs have got one.
• DR Congo O'Neills shirt
• Haiti Saeta shirt.  Why do the smaller local manufacturers always make such sick shirts.

• Panama NB shirt.
• Try a shirt from KelMe or xTep.  I have seen some KelMe shirts for Chinese league 2nd division who they own franchise.  Must say I like some of them. 
• Bosnia.  I know adidas UK got a XS size...  But seems like they don't deliver outside the UK.
• Bolivia Marathon Shirt.
• Romania away.  Looks pretty cool.

Unfortunately, www.saetasport.com/tienda will only seemed to deliver to countries in the Americas.  Otherwise, I would love to get hold of one....

Sampaio Correa Super Bolla Away Shirt

What a shirt.

To look at.  Northern Brazilian team based in Sao Luis with a real African vibe about it.  Super Bolla seem to have some hot designs.  They should do the next Nigeria or Cameroon shirt.

Look at that collar.  Those great colour combinations.

Sleeve is perfect for a snug fit.

This would have been a classic had not for two minor issues.  The fitting is a bit strange, the shirt is very wide pit to pit for a small size over 21 inch.  But it's shoulders and sleeve are quite tight.  Making it a bit disproportional, big chest skinny arms?  Secondly the embroidery especially the three stars are a bit rough making it at times scratchy to the skin.  Otherwise I love the design and nice feel to the fabric.

Bahia Esporte Esporte Club Penalty Away Shirt

Penalty are another Brazilian manufacturer.  This is a Bahia Esporte Clube away shirt that I got hold of.  It is quite a badass design.  

Logo and crest well done.  Nice take on the stripes.

Excellent sleeve length and width.  Definitely won't look like you are flapping.

Transfer on the back.

Just a bit in your backside with that logo.

I am genuinely impressed with this Penalty shirt.  The material is nice and light to wear.  Vibrant design and great fit.  This was a small around 18.5 inch pit to pit with perfect sleeve length.  I wished they would make more shirts.  I will certainly be trying more.

Sao Raimundo Super Bolla shirt

I do like some black and white stripes.  Therefore, it was of great novelty that I got hold of a shirt of little known Brazilian regional team based in the Amazonian state of Para, in Santarem.  More importantly it's made by a Brazilian manufacturer Super Bolla who make shirts for quite a few teams.

I was impressed by the shirt's nice fit.  It's small size is quite snug.  Around 19 inch pit to pit.  And it has a good short length to the sleeve making it look trendy to wear out.

Logos are well placed on the material.  And there is certainly a good what is this factor for the shirt.  The crest is embroidered onto the shirt.

It has an interesting light material.  Feels good to wear, light and good for the hot summer.

The shirt comes with No. 10 as part of the design.  It is not transferred onto it.  So no problems with it ever coming off.  All in all I am impressed with this and what Super Bolla are doing.  It's cool that these quality shirts are selling at a fraction less of what the major international brands are charging.
