Cameroon Puma shirt 2017

This is one heck of a shirt when I first saw it.  It combines today's football fashion with classic design for Cameroon.  1982 anybody?

Funky collar

Fantastic crest

Absolutely perfect sleeve and shoulders and shirt is great fit.

Nice touch at the back.

An instant classic, this shirt is so hot and so good to look at and wear that it is the best national shirt in the collection at least for this year.  The material is magnificent to wear, Puma really at the forefront on best material for wear,  I would say they are vying for supremacy against adidas.

Ethiopia Errea shirt

This is a shirt that I love in principle.  You can't dislike it totally...

Its quite smart from the front.  You love the colours.

The crest is fab as expected.  But here is an area Errea needs to improve, their embroidery is a bit weak.  Crest feels like it wants to fall off after a few more washes.  Iceland shirt also feels similar.

Good sleeves and nice cuffs.

Yeah..

Good from the back.  The downside to this shirt is material.  Its not as nice as it looks.  It feels very nylon-ly.  The sort that feels a bit cheap, its worst than the Iceland shirt that I have and really is a step below the leaders.

Secondly the shape of the is quite loose and square in cut, giving it a shaggy fit when put on.  It would have been better had it been made narrower less square at the shoulders and less wide pit to pit.  Its still a nice shirt but wpuld have been a classic fashion if it had a better cut and material.  And you felt they could have easily had made it possible especially for such a special release like this.

Cuba Joma away shirt

Now this had to be a sentimental item.  Although, its rather bland really from Joma.  Its an away shirt but for Cuba they could try harder.

Wo, interesting crest somewhat not what I had expected.  Surprised that the word Cuba is not horizontally aligned.  It makes the crest look out of shape somewhat. 

Flag is right in the middle transferred rather than embroidered.  Personally, I think it spoils it have it there but I guess you can argue its where the heart is..  

Sleeves are medium length.  Its shape is very similar to the Trinidad shirt and it is not as slim snug fit as I had hoped.

Standard Joma logo.

Plain back.  This is an OK ish shirt.  Pretty boring for Cuba.  I could imagine a more enlightened design.  But it was a chance to get hold of an official Cuba shirt while its around on sale so one for the collection.

Oldham Athletic Sondico track top

This was to see whether Sondico track tops shape was good slim fit or not.  It looked tempting in the stock photos.

The design is great and it has a no nonsense factor about it.  

Sure Owls fans would like.  The crest looks coolio.

Good detail on the sleeve trims and colours.

Looks good from the back.  Overall its a good top.  But its shape definitely does not fit well on small people as it is very loose fit from shoulder to waist.  Its very wide and the waistline does not have any retract elasticity.  Its a shame cos it otherwise it feels classic in some ways.  These British home brands like Sondico, Butka, Gola etc got potential to release a wave of classic wears.  They are a few minutes away from being fab.

Norway Nike shirt

The most boring template in my opinion.  Nike are a disgrace churning out these shirts.  I feel sorry for the fans that have to live with their boring rubbish fit design.  Certainly, Norway deserves much better than this and I can imagine a great design by a Norwegian brand or if Hummel was to step in.

Horrible collar on these vapour so called Nike shirt.  Same shirt with different colours.

The crest is the only cool bit about the shirt as it was not designed by Nike.  But credit to them, its well patched on and comfortable enough to wear.

Sleeves look bland as usual.  Oversized on these fan editions.  I know they are a bit better on the players editions.

Well its official and the seam on the side breaks its monotony.

No surprises at the back with the collar.

Just wanted to get one of these vapour template kits just to see what they are really like.  Needless to say, it has not changed my mind that its a boring shirt.  This one may pass with its minimalist feel but with its oversized fit it just does not appeal to me.
