Brazil volleyball Jersey

Been wanting to post this for a while.  Some of these jerseys are just so cool and collectable.

Huge fan of volleyball shirts.  Think they are great to wear in the summer and gym etc.

This Brazilian shirt is just such a classic.

 

 Finally got hold of one from seller Futfanatics.net.  Highly recommend buying from seller.  They have several other items of great interest especially from Brazilian football teams.

Shirt has a nice material, great for the summer. Small size fits a slim person just fine.  Around 19 inch pit to pit. 

Brazilian Volleyball federation (CBV) transferred at the back. 

All of the logs are on the material itself so no problem with them coming off after several washes.

Just fantastic shirt with nice colours. made in Brazil by Brazilian manufacturer Olympikus.

Austria Puma away shirt 14

Now this was another little gem picked up from www.elevens.com.hk and it is somewhat an unsung gem in many ways.  I hear a lot of opinions that these Austria shirts are boring and waste of time.  I cannot disagree more now I got hold of this one.  In short this is a simple but sublime shirt.

The plain white with black trim is a treat.  It's got a slightly more crew neck than the Slovakia 14 shirt.  It has a minor faux collar which I think makes it hotter.

They heard us about the crest on previous version being rough.  This is perfect.  

It uses a template with a slightly shorter sleeve.  It's somewhat smaller than the Slovakia shirt but ever so slightly larger than the Italy 14 shirt.  It's a decent fit anyway.

The material is good as usual and generally this is a smart shirt.  

Cameroon Puma away shirt WC 14

Found a great supplier who has many of these post season Puma shirts for sale at great prices.  www.elevens.com.hk excellent trade.  This was a afcon team template with Cameroon getting the full monty print.

Larger crew neck.  Good use of the red around it.

Excellent print detail and badge is spot on.

Sleeves are quite long.

Material is fantastic.  Overall a "rasmatazmic" design.  It would have looked great if they could have made it smaller as its a bit of a loose fit being quite big.  Would be amazing if we could have a version like what the players had.

From the back it looks smart.

Slovakia Puma away shirt 14

Another www.elevens.com.hk offer and nice shirt it is.  Very well made and a bit like the Italy WC 14 shirt.  It is a bit bigger so not as ideal snug fit.

Shirt looks great nevertheless.  I like the crest on the fabric and the white trim at the side.  I like the mild faux collar too.

Don't I just love Slovakia's badge.  It's so cool.

The badge is great.  Puma have it sussed.  Only problem is will it last lots of washes?

Decent sleeve length.  Not as tight as Italy 14 though.

Material is great.  Light and smooth.

Clean look from the back.  It's a gem for the price I think.  

Czech Republic Puma shirt 14

Another fantastic catch from www.elevens.com.hk  This is one helluva shirt.  I just love the use of the colours for the template.

The Lion on the details is just awesome.

Badge perfectly transferred onto material.  

Nice use of colours on the sleeve.

And the blue trim around the sides.  The material is great as usual.  Very light and smooth to wear.

Classy look from the back.  It's perfectly sized for me and being XS in size it is as close I can get to the player's ACTV version.

Japan Adizero Adidas shirt WC 14

Now this appeared from nowhere and was found on sale in a local shop where supposedly they got hold of lots of excess stock that weren't sold back in WC14.  I had heard they produced a lot more Japan shirts that was sold because the team did not have a long enough run in the tournament so lots were left lying around unsold.  Well here is an adizero version that I have gotten hold of for cheap.

The design is great.  I think they make good looking Japan shirts and I think this is one of the best ones of recent times.  It combines a clean look with subtle trim.  Always innovative but reserved.

The crest is transferred.  Kinda wished they could have left the flag out of this area as it cheeses it.  Could have put it on the back or on the sleeves.

Stripes are patched on rather than cotton.

Sleeves are meshed.  Nice length and sized.

The material is fantastic and is very light to wear and a bit stretchy.  It is at least 35% lighter than the climacool fan version.  The shirts are truelly slim fit.  This was a medium and it still felt snug.  I think it may be a true Japanese sized version where it really is one size smaller than its European version of this shirt.  As I remembered once trying put a Germany adizero shirt and I remembered a small fitted me slightly loose from a snug fit.

Any way, it has a nice decor at the back shoulders.

I had suspicions this may not had been a fully legit shirt but everything about it looks real including the labels.  I just can't believe a shirt like this could end up lying around in a local bargain bin offer.

Seems like someone may had imported large amounts of these unsold shirts directly from Japan.  As this really appears to be a Japanese version.

The inner labels are Japanese only and it looks like a legit label as its of good quality.  I have some fakes that I have tried and this label is a tell tale sign shirt was not legit as it fades after a few washes while legit ones from adidas don't wear off after years of washing.

View from the back.  Very sharp.  A truelly fantastic shirt.  Great to look at and so nice to wear with its tremendous material.  I wished they could just make more of these and sell it cheaper.  In fact why not just make these editions and cut the price and sell more.  They could make some XXL sizes to satisfy people of all sizes.  

Paraguay Adidas shirt

Fantastic take on a Paraguay shirt.  Love the blue band at the bottom.

Very smooth crest and nice details on the red stripes.

Sleeve is actually a bit shorter than usual for adidas.  A bonus.

The defenders of the chaco motto.

This got to be one of the best Paraguay shirt in recent times.  It just looks so balanced.  Great material and somewhat shorter sleeves gives it a better shape.  Shirt is quite loose and large.  One minor gripe is that the v neck is a bit sized or too big making it a bit untidy around the neck.
